Which countries do you ship to?

We deliver throughout Sweden. For shipment to Denmark, you can visit our danish website here.

What payment methods can I use?

You can pay with the following payment options:

  • Credit card

When does the money get charged?

If you pay by credit card, the money will be charged when your order is packed and leaves our warehouse. However, we reserve the amount once you have completed the order.

If you pay via invoice, the payment will be deducted on the first banking day.

Can I order now and pay later?

No, unfortunately you can not order now and pay later.

Can I pre-order or reserve an item?

Unfortunately, you can not pre-order or reserve an item with us. If your size is sold out, you can receive an e-mail if the item is in stock again.

The item is sold out. When will you be getting it again?

If your size is sold out, you can receive an e-mail when the item is in stock again. Simply select the size you want us to notify you about and then click on ‘Notify me, if this style becomes available again’.

I have not received an order confirmation. What should I do?

We advise you first to check your junk mail or spam. If the e-mail is not there, it may be because your order has not been processed. Please contact us if the e-mail is not in spam or junk mail, so together we can find out if your order has been processed.

Can I cancel my order?

If you pay by credit card, the money will be charged when your order is packed and leaves our warehouse. However, we reserve the amount once you have completed the order.

If you pay via invoice, the payment will be deducted on the first banking day.

Can I modify my order and add or remove items?

Once the item is packed and shipped, you can not modify the order. We can attempt to cancel your order if it was not yet packed and shipped. In this case you must contact our customer service as soon as possible. If this is not possible, you have the following options:

 

  1. You can refrain from picking up the package or refuse receipt. The package will then be sent back to us and you will get your money refunded.
  2. You can receive or pick up the package, fill in the return form and use the enclosed return label to send the package back with the unwanted items. Returns are free. You can read more about returns here.

 

We recommend using the second option, since it is the quickest.

We deliver within 2-4 business days.

Which delivery options can I choose?

We ship all orders with GLS/Schenker. This provides you with the following delivery option:

 

GLS/Schenker Pickup Point

Your package gets delivered to a Schenker Pickup Point located near your address. You choose which parcel shop you want to pick up from, when completing your order. You will receive a text message and/or e-mail the moment your package is shipped and when it is ready for collection. 

 

Unfortunately, we cannot offer home delivery.

What does delivery cost?

For orders over 499 SEK delivery is free.

GLS/Schenker Pickup Point costs 59 SEK.

I did not manage to pick up my package. Can I still get it?

When you order delivery to Schenker Pickup Point, you will receive a text message and/or e-mail when your parcel is ready for collection. This text message and/or e-mail will inform you of the latest date on which you can pick up the package. If the date is exceeded, the package will be returned and treated as a return package. In other words, you will receive a refund once the package is processed in our warehouse.

Returns

How do I return my item?

To return one or more items from your order, this is what to do:

  1. Fill in the return form with the order number, e-mail address, the item’s style number and the return code that best corresponds to the reason. You will find the order number and the item’s style number on the order overview that comes with your package.
  2. Put the item back in the shipping packaging in which you received the item and attach the return form. Remember to take your return label out of the package before closing it.
  3. Attach the enclosed return label to the package and hand in the package at your nearest GLS Package Shop. Remember to get a receipt from the Package Shop.

 

Return codes:

  1. The item is too small
  2. The item is too large
  3. Item defect (contact customer service before returning)
  4. Delayed delivery, changed my mind about the purchase or the like
  5. Wrong delivery
  6. The item does not look like the photos
  7. The quality was not as expected
  8. The item was ordered in several sizes
  9. The fit was not as expected

What does the return shipping cost?

FREEQUENT gives you free return shipping. You will find a return label in your package. Read more about returns here.

How long do I have the option of returning?

When you shop with us, you have a 100-day free right of return. The period is calculated from the day on which you received your order. Read more about returns here.

Have you received my return package?

It takes up to 14 days from the time you handed in the return package at a GLS Package Shop to when we receive the package. If you want to know how far your return package is in the process, you can track it through Schenkers website here.

How do I track my return?

Once you have handed in your return package and received the receipt, you can see the package number. You can enter it here and see how far your return package is in the process.

The deadline for return has been exceeded. What do I do?

Unfortunately, if more than 100 days passed since you received the item, you will not be able to return your order.

When will I get my money back?

We process your return package when we receive it in our warehouse. The refund is made using the same payment method you used at the time of purchase. You will receive an e-mail as soon as we have processed your return package and sent your refund. Depending on the payment method you used, it may take a few days before the money shows in your account.

Can I exchange my item?

Unfortunately, it is not possible to exchange an item. Instead, you can return your order and make a new order.

There is a defect in the item. What do I do?

If there is a defective or incorrect item, you can choose from the following options:

  1. You can receive the item and return the item as usual. With FREEQUENT you have a 100-day free right of return.
  2. You can receive the item and return the item as usual and then receive a similar item, if we can still deliver the item. If this is not the case, you can contact our customer service and get a proportional reduction of the purchase price.

Can I return sale items?

With us you have a 100-day free right of return, even on items on sale.

How do I use my discount code?

You apply your discount code when you proceed to checkout. By ‘Information’ and ‘Delivery’ you can write your discount code on the right-hand side of the window. Your discount will automatically be deducted from the price when you click ‘Use’.

How do I use my gift voucher?

You can apply your gift voucher when you proceed to checkout. By ‘Information’ and ‘Delivery’ you can write your code on the right-hand side of the window. You will find the code on your gift voucher. The amount will automatically be deducted from the price when you click ‘Use’.

For the vast majority of styles, we write what size the model is . You can see this next to the product under the product name.
